Mad customer

Terrible company. Theres no phone contact. International returns must be within 30 days, the same as US. Takes 3 times longer for arrival in Canada. I was promised a refund by email and when I sent the product back they renigged on promise and gave me instore credit. The sizing was way out. I bought 2 tops wrong size because the sizing was so much smaller than true size. They have been terrible to deal with. I havent been able to talk to a soul through this.

I ordered the Halie Spring Floral Wrap Dress in about mid-April. It is almost June and I have still not received the dress that I ordered. However, they have taken my money to pay for the dress. The order # 74012. This is the second time I have requested help regarding my order. The first time someone emailed me back and asked for the order number, which I sent her. After that, I have never heard anything. Can your business not find out where this package is, that was supposedly sent to me. If the dress does not arrive soon, then I want my money back. I paid $108. for this item and your company took the payment right away. I either want the dress or I want my money back. I would like to think that your business does not want to receive a bad review, so please help me. Shelley Sullivan

Problem with my order

I was very skeptical of the site when i saw it bc of the prices in comparison to other modest clothing lines. U also have so many scams now. I absolutely loved the two dresses i bought from there! They fit perfect! Im an 8-10 but i always buy medium tops and large everything else, especially in dresses. I bought the red and creme brenly i think it was for valentines and another deep coral. Absolutely loved the dresses and got many compliments on both. I will definitely use them again

SWEET INNOCENCE DRESSES are NOT very sweet!

I ordered three "Sweet Innocence Dresses" (Divinine ModesTee) dresses on-line, according to the size chart given. I was nervous when I opened the package, because the invoice had "Final Sale" stamped on it. One of the dresses fit, two were not even close. I could not find an 800 service number on the receipt or the paperwork. The web-site did show a "contact form", which I filled out and sent. No response. Several attempts at contact later, I was told that the sale was final. Though the dresses were still shown on the web-site, I could not be given a refund or a store credit. I was calm, polite, respectful, thoughtful and slllooooow in speaking...but the service rep just rudely, snidely and very quickly told me I was stuck with them - too bad. So, I have two dresses, with tags, hanging in my closet, that I hope to give to someone who can use them. I sure could have used the $79.00 (with out shipping and handling!) that I paid for them, in good faith. I think the worse thing about it, is that it is a web-site which many LDS church members order from in good faith, because they assume the owners are acting in good faith.

I have ordered 5 dresses (on different occasions) from Sweet Innocence and have never had an issue with any of them. When they have a "final sale" sale, they do warn that it's "final sale"...
